Family Ice Cream Social:

Campers and their families are invited to attend CLC’s 10AM worship service on June 12 to kick off Day Camp Week with a blessing and to meet the counsellors. Plan to stay for coffee, snacks and conversation after the service.
Wednesday Family Ice Cream Social:
After camp on Wednesday from 3-5pm, campers will share camp songs and stories with families and members of the CLC congregation while we all enjoy ice cream and other treats at CLC.

Pricing:
- Base Price: $110 (plus 4% service charge if paying by credit card) due at registration.
- Multi-Child Discounts: $10 off the base price for each additional child
- Automatically applied to registrations from the same household
- Scholarships:
- Do not let the cost of camp prevent your child from attending!
- Scholarships are available, contact Coastside Lutheran Church at pastorsue@CoastsideLutheran.org before registering.
- Lunch:
- Please send a brown bag lunch with your child each day.
- Drinking water will be available.
- Snacks:
- Snacks will be provided by CLC. If your child has severe food allergies, please send snacks that they can safely enjoy.
- Clothing:
- Many activities will take place outside. Please dress your child in layers taking into account our ever changing coastal weather.
- Pick-Up Policy:
- To insure the safety of our campers, parents/guardians will be required to specify who is authorized to pick up their child and ID’s will be checked before children are released at the end of the day.
- Cancellations made on or before May 29 will receive 100% refund (minus the 4% service fee if paid by credit card.)
- Cancellations made after May 29 are not eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations due to a member of your immediate household contracting COVID-19 or under physician-directed quarantine within 5 days of your first day of camp are eligible for a full refund (less the 4% service fee if paid by credit card). Please do not send your child to camp if they are experiencing symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19.
- Refunds will not be given if a camper is not allowed to participate because they have not completed the required COVID symptom check form prior to arrival.
- Refunds/reductions in price will not be given for campers who need to arrive late/leave early and/or not attend a particular day(s).
- Refunds requested in situations not addressed in these policies are at the discretion of Coastside Lutheran Church.
- Refunds will not be given in any circumstance for a camper who has been sent home early or asked not to return due to discipline issues.
- Families will need to fill out a "Pre-Camp COVID Symptom Check Form" for 5 days prior to the start of their camper's week of camp and present it at check-in. No campers will be allowed to attend without this form being turned in.
- The form will be available in the beginning May, so check back here then.
- CLC VBS Day Camp will follow all masking and other Covid prevention requirements of San Mateo County and the City of Half Moon Bay that are in effect at the time of the camp. Participants should plan to bring their own masks, if required. CLC reserves the right to modify this COVID policy at any time to respond to changing conditons.
- Please do not send your child to camp if they are experiencing symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19.
